Greg founded Adap Tax Financial in 2004 to innovate tax services by incorporating planning to minimum your tax burden. An outgrowth of this approach has been expansion of services to include comprehensive personal financial planning and tax-optimized investing.
Greg is a practicing wealth manager, financial advisor and tax advisor. He holds the coveted CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM) or CFP® certification and is an IRS Enrolled Agent. He is a graduate of the University at Albany and the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley where he studied finance and accounting. Monica Fey, CPA
Monica Fey is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and brings a wealth of experience which includes over 19 years tackling complex individual, business, estate/trust and non profit tax issues.
After graduating from California State University East Bay, Monica spent several years in public accounting where she acquired a well-rounded background in both accounting and tax. After her time in public accounting, she joined H&R Block Inc. where she served in all areas of tax preparation and planning for over 15 years.
Rebecca serves as an office administrator who is here to assist you with administrative aspects of your experience working with Adap Tax Financial. This includes making appointments, exchange of documents and finding the best person to assist you in getting answers to questions you have about working with us. Rebecca works most mornings.

Rob Pennock, CPA
Rob Pennock, CPA is has over 30 years of tax and public accounting expertise and acts as a special consultant to Adap Tax Financial with the goal of providing a smooth transition to the clients he has worked with as he transitions to retirement.
Rick serves as an consultant to Adap Tax Financial. He has more than 30 years of investment experience, including eleven years on Wall Street and is an Adjunct Finance Professor at both UC Berkeley and Golden Gate University. Rick is a subject expert in behavioral finance and equity options, having published books on both subjects and he frequently speaks at investor gatherings and professional events. He has a BS in Engineering and an MBA in Finance.
